STEP 1. Choose a plan

- Open your profile at the bottom left and go to Account Settings → Subscription to compare plans.
- Select the plan you want and upgrade.
- Plans differ by feature set and monthly credit allowance.
STEP 2. Pay

- Click the Upgrade button on the plan you want to start the checkout flow.
- Review the final amount in the payment window, then click confirm and pay.
- Once you register a payment method, payment completes immediately and all benefits of the new plan apply right away.
STEP 3. Change or cancel a plan

- If you need more features and AI credits, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
- Click the Upgrade plan button on a plan above your current one to start the payment flow.
- When upgrading, the price difference from your current plan is calculated and shown; click Confirm and pay to pay the difference immediately.
- From the moment payment completes, the new plan’s credit limit and all paid features apply immediately.

Credits
Credits are the currency consumed when you use Tradex AI features.- Credits are consumed each time you chat with the AI agent, deducted in proportion to the amount of information processed.
- Typical tasks or conversations consume around 5–10 credits.
- Monthly credits are granted based on your billing date and reset at the end of each billing cycle.
Using a smarter AI model or requesting a lot of work at once may consume a few more credits.
